I’m a 34 working professional who is a server full time in Newport Beach also working another job in Tustin. I’m very friendly, outgoing, hardworking, and when I’m home I enjoys cooking, listening to music, or hanging out at the pool/beach with my dog and friends. I likes to keep a clean home and am looking for someone who wants the same! I have a service alert dog named Jack who is very well trained and friendly but am NOT looking for anymore pets sorry!
About the apartment:
Atwater Cove Apartments located right behind Orange Coast College.
2 bedroom 2 bathroom, Corner unit apartment on the first floor with an attached backyard. You will have the master bedroom with 1 huge walk-in closet and a closet with private attached bathroom. You will have a garage parking spot. The house is partially furnished (big nice L shaped couch, TV, dining room table, and most kitchen things there) you’re welcome to use any kitchen things as long as you’re clean and respectful!! More furniture is welcome if you have any you want to bring! Rent will be 1700 and utilities are usually about $150 a month with spectrum total) I am not charging a deposit, as this is a 6 month trial because my current roommate is leaving before the lease is over… If we like eachother we could definitely stay on and renew the lease which is what I’m hoping for!!!
Below is a picture of the floor plan. Your room is on the left side, this is a corner unit so your side has no neighbors! I can send you more pictures of the room and apartment over instagram or via text if needed.
