Hi, my name is Trevor. I am a 33-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate to sign a new one year lease starting in June as my current roommate will be moving out. The room is in Costa Mesa at 3400 Avenue of the Arts Apartments. Please see the property website for additional amenities the property has to offer including a full gym and resort style pool.

The apartment is a 1,500 SF top-floor penthouse with vaulted ceilings and a pool view. The apartment is upgraded with white quartz countertops and white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and vinyl wood flooring. It is fully furnished outside of the bedroom.

You will have your own private bedroom with a walk in closet and private bathroom (see circled on floor plan). There is also a separate den if additional office space is needed.

I have a nine-year old labrador. I keep the apartment clean and well-maintained and am looking for a respectful roommate that will do the same. I work full time in real estate / finance and I am in the office typically Monday - Friday and bring my dog with me. I go to the gym most evenings and spend my time reading, watching sports or at the golf course.
