We have two rooms available with private full bath, each for a single occupant. Rental is month to month with a three month commitment minimum. Currently living in this beautiful four bedroom home are two mature occupants, soon to be you and one more soon to be tenant. Due to allergies, we can not accommodate pets.

🏠First room is on the first floor. Room is unfurnished with private full bath. It has a double door entry, built in cabinets/desk, ceiling fan, and a tall stand alone closet.

🏠Second room is on the second floor. Room is unfurnished with private full bath. Bedroom contains ceiling fan, large double closet, reading nook and balcony.

• Included Utilities: Internet, Water, Gas, Electric, Trash

• Light main kitchen privileges. Tenats have private access to separate fridge, microwave, and pantry space in garage.

• Parking: one drive way and one street parking available.

($25 non refundable fee, you can receive copy upon request)

• First, last and deposit
($150 non refundable from deposit for move out cleaning fee)
• Employment outside of home
• No substance abuse, drugs, smoking, R. S. O, evictions
• Communicative, Respectful, Trustworthy, Dependable
• Previous roommate experince
