Private bedroom and bathroom in Cypress

I work from home. Female roommate downstairs she works a lot, home on evenings. Home is very large located by Cypress College and community center. Police station within walking distance. Very upscale neighborhood. Professionals preferred. We clean up after ourselves and ask anyone we share the house with to do the same. There is a male Rottweiler here so you’ll have to be a dog person.
