Looking for 1 person with a steady income, not work from home. Students with part time jobs are welcome. Furnished small room. Free utilities. High speed WiFi, cable TV, window & ceiling fans, Portable AC/heater use during summer/winter. Kitchen access with microwave, toaster & coffeemaker. Light cooking preferred. Shared bathroom with 1 younger male. Street parking available.

Our washer & dryer machines are quite old and situated in the garage, however, Knott Coin Laundry is less than a mile away. Home close to eateries, groceries, Target, Costco, Trader Joes, 24-hour fitness, etc.

Sorry, no sleepovers/no pets. No smoking/drugs/alcohol.

TERMS: Month-to-month paid every 1st of the month.. Minimum 1 month advance notice required when leaving. A copy of driver's license and last 2 pay stubs or recent bank statement.
