Must be responsible, stable, clean, no drama, no smoking or drugs, no couples, no pets. Furnished apartment. Your private bedroom and bath come furnished, plus a TV. Perfect for business traveler who wants to relax by the ocean. Complex has many great amenities included - tennis court, gym, pool, Jacuzzi, and paid laundry on site. $1200/mo (utilities included).
