Street parking available in a very safe and quiet neighborhood located in Downtown Dana point/Lantern District. Two females that are 28yrs old and 32yrs old currently occupy the other two bedrooms in the apartment. This room is being offered with a shared bathroom. Stacie, who will be sharing the bathroom with our future roommate is extremely clean and respectable. Both roommates work and go to school full time. No pets allowed. Open to female or male future roommate. No smoking cigarettes; friendly. Garage available for minimal storage. The Washer and Dryer is located in the garage. Will be requesting a security deposit of $1366 on move in date of 7/01/2023, and will receive security deposit back on the day that the new roommate chooses to move out; 30 day notice is required. Location is ideal for entertainment and walking to Downtown Dana Point/ Beaches. 5 mins away from Dana Point Harbor. Open to having roommate move in before 7/01/23 if needed.
