My fiancé and I are looking for a young professional female for our spare bedroom in our house, located in Anaheim, CA. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, TV, and closet, along with its own private full bathroom. You will have access to the washer/dryer and all appliances in the kitchen, along with the shared spaces (living room, family room, dining room, backyard). Our house is located in a quiet gated community 5 minutes from The Anaheim Packing District and 10 minutes from Disneyland (you can hear the fireworks), with quick access to the 5 and 91 freeways. We're down the street from Vons and the Center Street Anaheim Promenade, with Costco and Amazon Fresh nearby. We're inside a safe community with plenty of parking spots in front of our house and around the neighborhood.
