looking for ONE roommate to occupy the other room in my apartment at Highland Meadows in Downtown Fullerton. it's a 7-10 minute drive to CSUF and 3 minutes from the main drag of downtown.
only looking for someone who is responsible about COVID and limiting their social circle (within reason). be prepared to wear a mask to tour the apartment.
rent is $800/month, utilities (wifi and electricity) are around $50/person. $350 deposit.
available ASAP but preferably looking for someone who wants to move by Feb 1st. month-to-month lease (score)
must present 2 forms of ID and year-to-date paystub to leasing office to apply. (Paystub requirement can be waved for students)
