Tastefully remodeled La Cuesta Villa home offers 2 private patios AND a hot tub. Vaulted ceilings, light and bright kitchen with granite countertops and an island make life comfortable & convenient. Want cozy, too? Enjoy the fireplace in the dining room, or a cup of coffee in the courtyard. Shared bathroom has been upgraded and is spotless. There are currently no pets in the home, but we are open to the idea, we both love animals!

Bedroom is unfurnished (11X11 room that will fit a queen sized bed), DOES include 43-inch Samsung Smart flat-screen 4K TV free to use with Directv DVR in room, Netflix, HULU, Amazon Prime logins, and Wifi throughout property with 400MBps download speeds. Plenty of street parking, and a detached 2 car garage with storage as well. YES there's room to store your beach cruiser, surfboards, and wetsuits, etc. :) Single level with no stairs.

About us:

Owner-occupied is a 48-year old female project management professional and the other tenant is a 50-year-old female interior design professional. We are positive, flexible, professionals, that manage our lives, and expect the same from you. We are foodies, love to cook, travel for work and pleasure, appreciate spirituality, meditation, the arts, and living an empowered life, and love the occasional cocktail/glass of wine. Politics, sexuality, are of no concern to us because we respect others' right to choose their path, also that's none of our business.

What we really want in a roommate:

Clean, considerate, financially responsible, no hard drugs, no hard drinking, and no sob stories (we've heard them all), gainfully employed, and able to pass a background check, have good landlord references. Smoking is fine outside, if windows are open then please just smoke behind the garage.

This room requires a lease signed through May 2020, and then you are free to go month to month. We want you to have friends over, this home is meant to be lived in an enjoyed, it's not a prison with hard rules other than being able to manage your financial responsibilities and "adult" in a reasonable manner. If you want to have parties' or gatherings, give us a heads up, as we will do with you. Owner typically has a large 4th of July party each year, which is what the community does here.
