Single room, Private bath, in-house laundry

Hi, I actually have two rooms for rent, and you can choose whichever fits your needs/budget. Rooms are available in Anaheim, and I can show them with scheduling now.

I and my partner Andrew are looking for a clean and responsible housemate(s) for either room, not required to get both at same time.

Room 1: single occupancy bedroom with exterior / private bath (toilet, shower, sink) on second level next to shared kitchen.

Room 2: single occupancy bedroom with interior/ private bath (toilet, shower, sink) / walk-in closet, on top level next to in-unit laundry.

Emphasis on clean: shoes off at door, dishes washed and put away, public areas kept tidy, wiping microwave after use, clearing out old food in the refrigerator, separating recyclables and compost. We keep a clean home and will expect the same of our living community.


No pets.

2.5 miles from Disneyland, 1 mile from Anaheim Packing District.

Proof of income, background check, at least 2 references will be required before moving in.
