ROOM AVAILABLE JULY 1st. I’m moving out end of June and am looking for someone to fill my spot. You’ll be sharing the house with 3 other girls in their 20s. They are very neat, organized, and friendly. All 3 roommates are working full time throughout the week and have different schedules so sometimes you’ll have the house to yourself! They are a social bunch who enjoy going out on the weekends every once in a while and having friends over, but are respectful of your needs and definitely keep it lowkey during the work week. -spacious backyard with patio
-washer and dryer in unit
-dishwasher
-A/C and heater
-garage for extra storage if needed
-plenty of street parking and 3 spots in driveway
-located in Tustin (can provide cross streets if requested)
$750 security deposit
year lease

-$1600 in rent, or $800 if split between 2 people
-sign a year lease
-full bathroom
-walk in closet
-private entrance to backyard
-plenty of natural sun light and windows to let in fresh air

Not opposed to a couple moving in but would prefer a woman in their 20s who could mesh well.
