Private Room + Bathroom Available in 2b2b apartment

Hi, my partner and I are looking for one or two people (a couple or 2 singles are welcome) to rent a 2b2b apartment with. The apartment is located in Fountain Valley, a few minutes from the 22 and 405 freeways. Rent for the whole place is starting at 2900/month, but varies 100-200 depending on the available units. So the other bedroom will be ~1450/month for single or ~725/month for shared. We are looking to apply within a week to secure the place and move in by the first week of July. The unit comes with a fridge, dishwasher, and tandem washer/dryer in the patio area. The community has a pool, jacuzzi, and multiple stations with grills to barbecue at.

About us:

We are both working professionals who love to cook and play video games, and parents of 2 tortoiseshell cats. We’re not very loud and we keep up with cleaning as much as we can. We like hosting the occasional kickback event, planning to get into barbecuing for the summer!

We’re looking for a roomate(s) that is pet friendly, quiet during late night hours (~12am), and can help keep the home clean. A plus if you are social and down to chill with us and friends from time to time (but if you prefer we keep to ourselves, we’re also okay with that)!
