Room For Rent For Summer Time (1 mile from CSUF)

Looking for someone to sublease our place from Mid May- August 31. We currently have two other roommates. The house is a two bed, two bath. The other roommate is a girl and she has her boyfriend living with her and they split rent for that room. Our room is very big in size, and has a bathroom in the room with two very big spacey closets. The room will not be furnished. Splitting the rent we both paid $450 a month so if you rented it alone it would be $900 a month. There is also utilities (like wifi, electricity) that add up a little more than $20 monthly. The place is consider a condo, its like a little duplex. Exactly 1 mile away from CSUF. It's awesome, and affordable. There is a parking spot and guest parking and tons of parking on the streets.
