2 bed 1 1/4 bath. I own two cats but they are friendly. Furnished except your room. $900 per month. $30 for wifi. And cable bill varies between $20-100 if ac is running. Other utilities included. I?m a 26 year old student/ full time worker. I am only home in the mornings wed-sun. I work 3-11 pm. Mon-tue i leave for my days off. Sometimes i may ask you to feed my two cats. Other times I may ask if you want to go get a drink with me, go hike, or go on any other adventures. I do have a chore board; splitting the chores is important to me.
