Private room and Bathroom for rent

Hello my name is Gina and I have a room for rent in my four bedroom house in the city of Fullerton. $1300 for a private room and private bathroom with one parking spot. It’s a nice house with wood floors and central air and big back yard. My husband my self and my 14yr old son and about to be 2 daughter live in the home. Must be dog lover.
