Hello! We are looking for a mature, responsible, professional and considerate person to become a roommate with us in a 4 bed/2.5 bath 2-story townhouse. An understanding of Asian lifestyle is greatly appreciated as we like to keep all shared areas clean and hygienic by taking our shoes off inside at all times. We also all equally contribute to the cleaning maintenance of the house on a weekly basis. Currently there are 2 professionals, a college student and a house mascot (see photo) living together.

- Is about 110 sq. ft. - 11' x 10' (not including closet)
- Furnished with a queen-size bed, desk, lamps, chair, and a ceiling fan.

- Full use of kitchen, living space, half bath on 1st floor, and shared areas

- House is conveniently located closest to the community pool/BBQ - only 20 feet away from the house. 
- Also conveniently located next to a golf course and a paranormic hiking trail.
