Private Room/ Bath

Unfurnished bedroom/ bathroom but common areas will be furnished. Garage space for one car/ some storage space. I have 2 male cats who are friendly and just want love. Looking for someone who is quiet, friendly, respectable, and clean. We will split the chores which I will show you how to do. We will also split the wifi and electric bill- not included in rent. $1030 deposit which will be returned after a 30 day notice. If you move out suddenly or before 30 days, that deposit will be used and cannot be returned. A contract will be written with these additional terms for us both to sign. Smoking outside only. Occasional guests are ok, just keep each other posted. Long term interests only (6+ months). Please no animals, but ok with mine.
