Looking for a professional/student, friendly, trustworthy roommate for 1 bedroom included with your own bathroom. The room is 12x12 and recently painted with newly installed carpet. The house includes a shareable furnished living room, kitchen, and dining area. An assigned parking spot in the garage(enclosed) is available for mid-size or smaller cars.

We typically can fit another car in front of the garage when guests are over. Optional parking is available on the street as well. All common areas are kept clean, and all roommates should be able to help contribute to the upkeep. Must be able to tolerate or like dogs, as the house includes a 13 yr old small/mid-size dog who's fully house trained.
