Loft for Rent in Fullerton

My boyfriend and I, have been living here a year now with our two cats, Boba and Ahsoka. We are looking to rent out our upper loft to either a college student or someone in their 20’s, since we do like to stay up late and hangout. The loft has its own restroom, shower, sink and closet. You have your own shaded parking spot and it’s in a gated community, so your car is protected with 24hr video camera surveillance. There’s access to a pool, gym, and spa in the complex as well. It is also a walking distance to Cal State Fullerton. We are really easy going people who are looking for a friendly person to room with! Let us know if interested!
