$1300 room + bathroom in Fullerton

We are renting a room and bathroom for $1300 in Fullerton. My boyfriend and i live in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. Every room is furnished except for your bedroom and bathroom. You would get a bedroom, bathroom and parking space. Our apartment complex had 2 gyms, 4 pools, 5 Jacuzzis, tennis court, basketball and volleyball court. Our ideal roommate would be a 25 year old girl, who is chill, clean, respectful and friendly. We would love to become friends with our roommate si ce we will be living together and if there is ever conflict(which there probs wouldn't be because we are very chill), we expect to just talk and be adults about it😊 we also hope our roommate wouldn't mind dogs because we sometimes have my dogs over for a day or two during the week.
