Hello, my current roommate is leaving on May 31st and I am looking for someone to take her spot. We converterd the living room into a bedroom and divided the bedroom and kitchen with a curtain. (Living room photos are before conversion)
About the Apartment: It is a very nice apartment community that includes a laundry room thats a few feet away from the apartment, a pool with a hottub, incredibly responsive maintenance, and conveniently across the street from Target as well at walking distance to major bus lines and metrolink. I currently don't have a car so if you do, the space is free.
About Me: I'm a 28 year old Non Binary professional who works from home as an account coordinator for a trade exhibit building company but occasionally travels on site. I am also a professional voice actor who uses a portion of the closet to record auditions and sessions but there is room to put clothes in. I also bought a spare rack to make up for the lost closet space. I'm a very chill person who loves gaming, cooking, and animation. I'm very clean when it comes to the common areas and always pay bills on time. I am also 420 friendly. However the complex has a no smoking policy.
Bills: Rent is currently 896 per month making the combined total 1786. The lease is month to month so rent can change. Utilities range from 65-80 a month depending on electricity use. There is a 250 refundable deposit as well as 40 dollar application fee. Upon applying you must provide income info and a letter of recommendation from your former residence. (Can be landlord or relative)
