I’m a very happy, excited guy. I’m in a musical theatre company, workout a lot, will be doing a part time job while doing school so won’t be home much. Don’t smoke and hardly drink. I’m clean and I’m a pretty nice guy. very nice non smoking community with hot tub, pool, BQQ, volleyball, hangout area and games and laundry units and dog/cat showers. very big living and kitchen and rooms all in a gated community. Room is empty for anything you want to bring that is yours! You can bring a pet, but would add rent 75$ I don’t mind if you don’t! Looking for someone to move in before the end of February!
