You will get a complete master bedroom with an attached private bathroom, kitchen privileges, and balcony access. There is a washer and dryer in unit and very nice amenities throughout the property like a pool and gym. The lease is a month to month. The deposit is $1000 and will be returned once you move out as long as we receive a 30 day notice and the room is left in the shape it was given. There are 2 of us that live here (1 Male 1 Female) We have basic rules like cleaning up after yourself, just to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment. We are really clean people so we don’t like the house to be a mess. Guest are welcomed, but if they’re staying the night more than twice a week they would be considered a roommate and we would charge the couple rate. 4 twenty friendly. We do have one small, extremely friendly cat. The room will be available February 16, and you can move in asap if you’d like. *Background check required*
