Looking for roommate

Hello! My name is Serena and I am going to be a senior at CSUF in the fall. I am a sociology major. I am very responsible but would also love to make friendships with my roommates if possible! I’m on top of my schoolwork, but I also love to socialize and have fun! Also, I am definitely a night owl and love staying up late or having friends over at night.

Looking for a roommate. Available to move in from July 21, 2022. Two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with large balcony. I’m in one of the bedroom-bathroom suites and am looking for a roommate for the other bedroom-bathroom suite. The apartment has an updated kitchen, a dishwasher and all appliances. There is also a balcony that you can enter through either the living room or from your room. The unit even has its own washer/dryer! The building is beautiful, has a full gym, large pool with gas grills for BBQ. Highly walkable neighborhood, just 5 minutes from downtown Fullerton. Parking spot available in building, or ride your bike to campus in 10 minutes through quiet streets. 1,400/month
