Quiet room with private bath & garage parking $750

Yes I'm picky with who I rent to, and so far its worked great with the past 10 years of roommates.
I think its so funny how many people only send a 1 question email - "Is this room still available?" please don't be that person...
After many years of 'me' finding & looking for a 'room to rent' - I'm now the guy with a room for rent.
I'm a male, senior and (semi)retired.
Easy going, no drama and looking for the same in a roommate.
This room includes full house privileges, kitchen use, laundry in unit, possibly small amount of storage available on a couple shelves in the garage.

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, with 2 car garage
I'm renting one bedroom and one bathroom, to one person only. No couples, or kids and sorry no pets. Also no MAGAt supporters or tobacco smokers. Also I require current covid-19 shots as I visit retirement communities on a regular basis and don't want to bring covid-19 in with me.

Best way to inquire about this room is to tell me somethings about you. Anything you think I should know to help me pick you for this room? For example...
1. How long have you lived where you are now, and why are you looking to move?
2. What type of work do you do, what hobbies or other interest do you have when not at work?
3. Any questions you have for me, I will be open and honest no matter the question.

This week I will reply to those that seem like the best match/fit and by next weekend set up meetings in person to see how we actually interact. It will be somewhere public for obvious safety reasons. Then I will invite those who are still interested to visit my room for rent. It is vacant now and I'm looking for someone to move in by the first of the month, possibly sooner.
I also require employment/background/credit check that cost $50, which I will reimburse to you after you have been here 3 months.

Right before covid-19 hit I had started some upgrades here that I am now moving forward with. This year I have new dishwasher and garbage disposal, new heat-pump style water heater. The fridge is just over 1 year old.

This room is carpeted and approx. - 12' 8" x 11' 4" with floor to ceiling mirrored closet doors the entire length of one side of the room.
Your private bath is 2 steps away, directly next to your bedroom door.
$750 per month with a $750 security deposit (not last months rent).
Also 1/2 the utilities which averages around $100 or less each month, for your half. This is trash/water, gas, electricity and wifi, I don't currently have cable tv.
