Looking to have someone move in and take the "Master" bedroom shown here. February 1st or March 1st.. I will wait for the right person if I need to. I am a renter in the other room who is renting from the "Lease Holder" who lives offsite. We might be able to stay longer if they decide to renew the lease or I/We can sign on and take it over.

Shared Living Room/Bathroom/Sink/Kitchen/Fridge with only 1 person. Your portion of the rent (Utilities/WiFi Included) will be $1250 month to month with a $625 deposit before moving in. Basic Background/Employment Proof Check Needed. Please no work from homes, must have a full time job outside of the apartment.
