I'm am looking for someone to take over my spot in a 1 bedroom apartment starting July. There’s are a total of 3 girls living here . You would be taking over my spot and sharing a room with a another girl. (Females preferred) We are located straight across CSUF at The pointe apartments. 5 min walk. Rent is $455+ utilities (around $30-$40 each when spilt). There is a $500 deposit needed. Not 420 friendly. Must qualify for 2.5 times the rent to be on the lease or have co-signer. Additional parking is shared so that would have to be discussed with the other roomates. Message me for more details :)
