Room for rent in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house. You will have access to the kitchen, backyard, and gym in garage. You will be sharing the house with my fiance and I as well as a large dog and cat, both are very friendly. This room is for 1 person only and no overnight guests. Both bathrooms are shared. We have plenty of parking on the street. We have a maid that comes 1 time per month to clean the house.
