We are 3 roommates looking for a 4th roommate for our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The bedroom is a shared bedroom, and all-female. Our 4th roommate is breaking the lease early in May, and our new lease starts in July.
Rent currently is $720, utilities included, but may potentially go up when our lease renews.
The apartment is a 15 minute walk from CSUF campus, located at the Streams Apartments. We are just looking for someone who can fill in the space in the shared bedroom before the end of May, and join us on our renewed lease! Please keep in mind this bedroom is not private, it is a SHARED room with another roommate!
The Streams is a beautiful complex with a duck pond running through. It is a 10 minute drive to Disneyland, and 20 minutes from Knotts Berry Farm!
We also have a small dog, so please no cats or other animals!
