We are 3 roommates looking for a 4th roommate for our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The bedroom is a SHARED bedroom, and all-female. The new lease begins at the end of July/First week of August!
Rent currently is $700-$730, utilities included, but may potentially increase when our lease renews.
The apartment is walking distance from CSUF campus, located at the Streams Apartments. We are just looking for someone who can join us on our lease renewal in July!
The shared room is the master bedroom, which means more space! It has two separate closets and a shared bathroom. The apartment is pretty large, and we have a balcony that overlooks the pond that runs through it!

- Public Pool/Hot Tub
- Fitness Center
- Shared Laundry Facilities
- Free Street Parking / 2 private parking spots
- Close to CSUF campus and Fullerton College
We also have a small dog, so please no cats or other animals!
