Employed married couple have two rooms to rent. One room is already rented with the current renter here for six years. Share large bathroom with other renter as well as Refrigerator and pantry in the garage. Access to the kitchen and the laundry facilities. Must not have any allergies to dogs, we have three dogs, a bunny, tortoises and a Koi pond. Enjoy yourself in the backyard relaxing by the Koi Pond or taking walks across the street in the park. We live on a corner lot and across the street from the park so there’s plenty of parking. Quiet friendly neighborhood, close to shopping and good freeway access.
