Amazing Room for Rent in a Nice Condo

Hi there I'm Joe :)

My dog Lilly and I are looking for a roommate to keep the cost of living down, and I think just about anyone would be happy living here with us.

This is a two-bedroom condo in a gated community, and I occupy the master bedroom so I am paying a higher portion of the rent. There is a shared bathroom but we each would have our own separate half bathrooms with a sink for brushing teeth and doing hair etc. If you don't like the living room setup, it will probably be getting changed relatively soon anyways to look better. The back patio is pretty spacious and has a decent view but I don't really have much furniture out there right now. You will get your own parking spot inside the gated community and there is virtually unlimited guest parking which is great. IN UNIT WASHER AND DRYER so no need to go to the laundry mat!! The complex also has a pool and jacuzzi. The pictures of the office room are what would be your bedroom I just haven't removed the stuff out of there yet but it is pretty spacious and has its own closet.

I am just looking for someone who is reliable, respectful, friendly and who loves dogs because mine loves to be around people.

I keep the place clean but I would expect some help with keeping the place tidy. I currently work as an insurance agent during the day and I may get a night job soon to have some extra money, but my dog will be there hanging out while I'm away.

Move in requirements:
1. Credit check
2. First and last month's rent - $2000 total
3. Be working a full time job or making more than enough to cover rent
