My husband and I have a three bedroom townhome in garden grove off Magnolia and the 22 fwy. One room is occupied by us and one is set up for grandkids for when watching or visiting. Have one extra room. A bathroom with shower and toilet can be found on 1st level and could be designated for personal use for only you , to make your own. Rooms all upstairs . Unfortunately it’s a jack and Jill like bathroom upstairs in a sense to master but located in between two rooms. Usage is ok but obviously shared -if private desired one downstairs is an option . 657 five four 3 thirty two thirty
