Single room for rent in nice and safe neighborhood located in Garden Garden off the 22 freeway and Beach blvd. 10 min away from CSULB and 20 min from CSUF. My fiancé and I are searching for a college student that needs a quite location to live. We are both CSULB alumni who understand the importance of a clean and quite living arrangement. I am asking $900 in rent and $500 in security deposit. All utilities are included in the rent expense along with internet/Wifi. Room is furnished with existing wall cabinets, desk and closet. There is a mattress and frame that can be kept or removed depending on your request. Access to the room can be through the house or separate private back door that leads to outside side door. There is no kitchen or laundry access. Limited guest access. Bathroom is a shared bathroom. Renter is allowed to have mini fridge in room. Absolutely no children or pets.
