Beach House

I live in a great community across the street from the beach in Huntington Beach. I love living here but the rent is sky high so I'm looking for someone to share my 3 bed/2 bath house. The rooms are private on each side of the house with the living area in the middle. I do have 2 Russian Blue cats, they are very lovable and hypoallergenic to most. My house is cozy, quiet, safe, and very clean. I have a lot of allergies so I do keep a clean house. I expect my roommate to keep their area clean, and help out with trash and common area as needed. I'm not looking for a best friend, but I would like to get along and I want you to feel at home here. The house quiet hours are 10-7. I'm a teacher and need my sleep. We park back to back so we need to be flexible with helping each other move cars as needed. I have a washer and dryer in the house, ceiling fans, storage, and an extra room for any odds and ends.
