BlOCKS FROM THE BEACH!! Not far from downtown HB but far enough to sleep well at night. Quiet neighborhood. Quiet house. Laundry Facility on Site. Shared with 2 other units. We are located in the Back House. 2 Story, Spacious 3bd, 3bth House. Street parking, and there's garage space if storage is needed. Utilities Included.

About Us... I'm LJ (In my 30's/Female) and have a catering business I run at another location. I work Wednesday-Sun and usually work during daylight hours. The other Roommate ( In his 40's) works construction Mon-Fri 6am-3pm. I have an Indoor/Outdoor 11year old cat (Siamese mix), that minds her business, and is potty trained. Does not mesh with other animals, so NO PETS please. Cigarettes are to be smoked outside only. We are a quiet household, and tend to mostly stick to our rooms, but do have an occasional bonfire in the backyard with neighbors or close friends. All the neighbors are chill and watch out for one another. We are a close knit community, and a very Safe Neighborhood.
