Room for Rent in Family Home Utilities Inc

Hi!
We're looking for a responsible, kind, and easy going person to rent a room in our family home. Our house currently includes Husband+Wife+2 kids(4 and 6 years), Grandma, close family friend (30-female), 3 dogs, and 3 cats. Yeah, I know that sounds like a lot, but it's a pretty big house :) The room is 10x12 and has a private patio of equal size. You would be sharing the hall bathroom, kitchen, and living spaces. Rent is $800 and includes all utilities (water, electricity, high speed internet) as well as access to washer/dryer. There is plenty of parking available on the residential street in front of the house. We live in a safe neighborhood with plenty of amenities/stores nearby. Easy access to the 405 freeway and 3 miles from the beach.
