3 Bedrooms, 2 Months Free, 2 Car Garage

Hi welcome to Duke Apartment Homes. I am Clay one of the leasing agents here at the property. I have a 3 bedroom unit open for roommates to rent out. The way this will work is I will need to find 3 people willing to be roommates and all 3 of you would apply as a group. We will do a credit and background check. The process could take up to 7 days. the 3 of you would split rent of $2895.00 plus your utilities. I will be giving you 2 whole months free starting on the day of move-in plus a free 55" smart tv. You're looking at paying just your deposit on the day of move-in which is just $400 on approved credit. If the credit report kicks back as conditional it would be a double deposit.
