Professional mother, frequent travel, otherwise work from home, with 2 boys. 1 at home only for holidays and summer, 1 high school age at the house 50% (usually every other week.
Driveway parking open on weeks they are not home. Plenty of street parking otherwise.
Use of kitchen, washer/dryer, and other common areas available with advance communication.

Monthly rate will be more without lease, but short term considered to asssess fit.
