Roommate Needed

I am looking for a roommate for the 2 bed 2 bath 1,400 sqft apartment I just secured at Harbour Lights Resort Apartments in Huntington beach. Each room has private bath, large room, walk in closet and access to the porch through a sliding glass door. Split carpet and vinyl flooring. The building has very beautiful grounds with koi ponds, golf, walking paths and pool/spa. Other amenities include a gym and a clubhouse. Laundry on site. Garage parking, lot parking AND ample off site parking. The apartments are right next to a small park and quiet neighborhood. I am a 24 year old working as a marketing assistant. I have a small cat named Momo. I am very tidy and am a pretty quiet introverted person. I am respectful and value compromise. I don't smoke. I work a typical 9 to 5 job M-F.
