Wanted: Roommate to Sign Lease with Awesome Couple

Hello!

My boyfriend and I are looking for a female (sorry men) to sign a lease with us at a new apartment TBD. We have had several roommates in our current place near South Coast Plaze who we have gotten along swimmingly with, and it's a good apartment, we're just ready for a change (and to be closer to the beach!)

Our current roommate is moving in with her BF at the end of August-We have gotten along great, and we are sad that she can't move with us. We are hoping to find someone just as awesome to find a new place with! The date we're shooting for is Sept 1 but we can definitely be slightly flexible if need be.

What we want in the new apt:
Laundry IN UNIT (wahoo! finally!)
Two bedroom, Two bath
Cool Apartment Complex/area
Near the beach, or within a couple miles
Preferably Huntington Beach or Long Beach, but open!
1000 square feet or more
Garage is cool

Budget is $2,200-$3000 total for rent--Usually, 2/2's come with two parking spots, so we would split rent and you would have one of the parking spots, and we would figure out parking for the bf's car. Utilities would be split 3 ways.

We are looking to find someone who is past the partying stage and who won't bring home all the people all the time (Of course boyfriends and occasional friend nights are fine, as long as it doesn't feel like our home is always crowded!).

We are both super easy-going and friendly, and don't really ask for much beyond the standard cleanliness and respect that most people have! I am a teacher and he is in entertainment (dancer/actor/producer).

Please no hard drugs or constant heavy alcohol use--the occasional wine night is fine :o)
