Abundance of street parking and backyard for bike and skateboard and chair and potential BBQ. A mile to the mall and Bella Terra and the 405 freeway and a couple to the beach. Someone easy going , non confrontational and friendly with a stable income welcomed absolutely. Unfortunately not a party house more relaxed and laid back. Shared internet split with utilities. Shared Dining room and Full kitchen access with available cabinet and refrigerator space available for you. As well as several large shelves to use in the restroom Space in the backyard for bicycle, chair, etc. Plenty of parking in an all house neighborhood. Internet shared with the utilities scenario.
