Our roommate has been moved out since June and we've been wanting to fill up the empty room.

We are a couple between 26-27 years old. We have one small dog, chihuahua dachshund mix, and two cats, domestic shorthair. Max of 3 animals in the home so we cannot take on another animal. Our pets stay indoors and not locked up as we do not want them cooped up in a confined area all day. Our perfect roommate would be someone who is okay with free roam dog and cats, okay with street noise, and be amiable, dependable and an overall good person. No kids, no overnight guests without a proper heads up first and no couples please.

vacant since June, we've used it as an additional storage room in the meantime. Carpeted with sliding glass door closet with plenty of shelving above to store things and beneath. Private bathroom with tub and shower combo. Medicine cabinet and cupboard underneath sink. Window faces the street so it can get noisy. Additional storage cupboard underneath the heater near the bathroom.

We are one of two units with in unit laundry but there are laundry units on site as well. Kitchen contains sink, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven. Preferably bring your own utensils and cookware. Keurig, iced coffee maker and toaster oven are shareable. Internet is not included in rent and we have it set up already through Spectrum. We do have a tv you are more than welcome to use in the living room with the couch and dining table.
