The house would be shared with one adult only. Includes a handicap shower and handicap ramp to access the home if needed. Includes walk in closet. Smoking allowed outside in patio area only. Looking for a roommate with a source of income that can pay their rent in a timely manner each month. Also preferred, someone that leads an active lifestyle. Would be open to renting to a couple as well for an additional amount.
