The other young Male roommate has a full-time working professional schedule - travels for work for most of the month away (only home 1 -2 weeks per month- Ideal Roommate). He is very easy-going, polite personality and is super quiet and clean. Preferably, we are looking for another professional working person to match in age range 21-40's,, who is easy-going, respectful, independent, Professional Full-Time Working Roommate who is respectful of each other's late or busy schedules & routines, to match. Not looking for all night crazy parties. (In other words we go out to party but don't bring it home.) No drama here; keeping it peaceful & quiet. NON-Smoking or No Vaping of any sorts, NON-Alcoholic, and a DRUG-FREE environment; while everyone is doing their part to keep our home clean! Previous roommates have lived here for up to 4 yrs; It's a secured positive community/environment.
