Female Roomate Wanted - Huntington Beach

Looking for a female roommate to move into my condo around 4/15. No pets, no smoking.

*1.5 bath (shared shower & toilet, separate sinks & vanity)

*Electric fireplace
*Enclosed patio
*Gated
*Pond (certified as a wildlife preserve)
*Kitchen will be newly remodeled before moving in (see pics)

The room is standard 12x12 and has a window and closet with mirrored sliding doors. Everything is furnished except the bedroom. Other community amenities include: a pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court, available parking for residents & guests.

The rent is $1200 + utilities which are usually $100 each per month. Hopefully the utilities will go down soon 🤞🏻everything has been more expensive lately. 1st & last month rent and deposit can be paid across a payment schedule.

A little about me: I have a 8 year old Pomeranian who lives here, I like to go dancing, love the beach, yoga, like to make crafts, wine tasting, spend time with friends, traveling.
