ABOUT US: I am a Female, Owner/Artist- Graphic Designer, I'm easy-going with my own busy schedule- so you may not always see me around. The other Male (22 yrs) roommate, has a full-time working professional schedule that keeps him traveling out-of-state for work; he is gone up to 3 -4 weeks straight each month. He is very easy-going, polite personality and is super quiet & clean. Preferably, we are looking for another professional working person to match in age range 21-40 who is easy-going, respectful, independent, and respectful of each other's late or busy schedules & routines, to match. Not looking for all night crazy parties. (In other words we go out to party but don't bring it home.) No drama here; keeping it peaceful & quiet. NON-Smoking or Vaping of any sorts, NON-Alcoholic, and a DRUG-FREE environment. (An occasional drink is fine, but No alcoholics or drug users Please!) Previous roommates have lived here 6 mos. to 4 yrs; It's a secured positive community/environment.
