CLEAN busy female roommate wanted

Hey! I am looking for a very clean, non smoker, rarely drinks, professional or serious student to occupy a small bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. We are 1 mile from the beach. Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, Albertsons are all close by. I walk to traders sometimes. I have a full time and part time job so am up early in the morning and get to bed before 10pm. So I am looking for someone who is respectful, quiet, hopefully has a similar schedule- not out late all the time. This place is great for someone who needs a place to sleep peacefully, shower, study and make that money! 😊 no party animals or weirdos. No kids. The other roommate has cats that stay in her room. I babysit dogs often so you most be as big of a dog lover as we are. You will be sharing a bathroom with one female. Access to kitchen but MUST clean after yourself, wipe down stove and counters after use.
