Hi,

My roommate and I have our third roommate moving out May 1rst and we are looking for a Male mid 20s to early 30s to rent out his room.

One of us works from home during the day and the other works in Los Angeles.

We are a little bit over a half mile from bolsa chica state beach and about a 5 minute walk from the Bolsa Chica Wetlands trailhead.

We live an active lifestyle, run the wetlands, workout at the local gym, play & watch sports and would like someone likeminded.

Our apartment is 3 stories, with the lowest level a 2 car garage, and an additional parking spot in the driveway. A shared balcony on the main floor with a blackstone and smoker for BBQ's etc.
Fully loaded kitchen, with a washer and dryer on site. Large private room upstairs with a shared bathroom and shower with one other male. We are not able to accommodate any pets.

Also directly across the street from a grocery store and restaurants.
